Considerations
* Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  If you are tardy, it may shorten your spa experience.  Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled services.
*As a courtesy to others guests and therapists, please give us a 72 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge.  "No              Shows" will be billed at 100% of scheduled service.  A Credit card or Gift Card deposit will be required at the time of                 booking your reservation for all multiple services.
*We recommend that you schedule spa treatments well in advance.
*We accept cash, Gift Card, Debit Cards, Discover, Visa Master card and checks with proper ID.  Sorry, we cannot accept            out-of-state checks.
*There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks.
*Gift Cards must be presented at time of service.  If you do not have your Gift Card with you, please arrange for an                       alternate form of payment.  Once the Gift Card is received by the salon we will reimburse you, in the manner from             which you've paid, within one week.  If services exceed amount of Gift Card , payment for any additional charges                 will be required at scheduled service.
*Our services include facial gowns, robes and slippers for your comfort and use.
*We love children, however, we are unable to accommodate them during your visit.
*We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.                        Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
*Clients undergoing treatments for any illness should first consult with their doctor prior to scheduling services.  Please                        make our staff aware of any communicable diseases.
*Gift cards with an expiration date one year from date of purchase, are available in any dollar amount.  For your                             convenience, we can send them directly to recipient at your request.
*All sales are final.  No cash refunds.  Prices and services subject to change with out notice.
